- Returns: We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Damaged/Defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
- Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
- How to request: Email us with your order number and reason for return.
